Q: What is the venue address?A: The College of Physicians of Philadelphia is located at 19 S 22nd St, Philadelphia, PA 19103, USA.

Q: What is the start time for the wedding ceremony?A: The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to find your seat. Transportation via trolley will be provided to the venue from the Warwick Hotel. Please be prepared to depart at 5:30pm the evening of the event. Transportation back to the hotel will also be provided at the conclusion of the event.

Q: Is there a dress code for the event?A: The dress code is black-tie optional. We kindly request that guests dress in formal attire suitable for a winter wedding.

Q: Will there be parking available at the venue?A: The venue does not offer on-site parking, however there are also several nearby parking garages and street parking options available should you require it.

Q: Will transportation be available to and from the venue?A: Yes, Trolleys from Philadelphia Trolley Works will be departing from the front of the Warwick Hotel at 5:30pm for the venue. An early and late trolley will depart the College of Physicians at 11:00pm and 12:15am midnight, respectively.

Q: Are there accommodations nearby for out-of-town guests?A: Yes, there are several hotels within walking distance of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia. We have reserved a room block at The Warwick Rittenhouse. Transportation to the event will be provided from this location and back the night of the event. Book your stay in the reserved room block here.

Q: Will the wedding be held indoors or outdoors?A: The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held indoors to ensure comfort and warmth during the winter season.

Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible?A: Yes, the College of Physicians of Philadelphia is wheelchair accessible, and there are elevators available for guests with mobility concerns.

Q: What is the schedule for the reception?A: The reception will immediately follow the ceremony at the same venue. Dinner, dancing, and festivities will begin at approximately 7:00 PM and continue until 12:00 AM.

Q: Are children welcome at the wedding?A: While we love children, we kindly request that this event be for adults only.

Q: Can guests take photographs during the wedding?A: We have hired a several professional photographers to capture our special day. We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony but are welcome to take photos during the reception.

Q: Are there any dietary restrictions or allergies to be aware of?A: Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies so we can make appropriate accommodations. You can do this by contacting the couple or adding a note in your RSVP.

Q: How can I RSVP for the wedding?A: Please RSVP by using the QR code on the RSVP card included with your invitation or directly via the following link. Kindly respond by the Nov. 15th, 2023.

Q: What is the weather typically like on December 30th in Philadelphia?A: December in Philadelphia can be quite cold, with average temperatures ranging from 30°F to 40°F. We recommend dressing warmly and bringing a coat for your comfort.
